In this 30-minute phone conversation, we’ll assess whether we might be able to help you achieve your goals. You’ll share your health objectives, what you have tried so far, what has worked, what hasn’t and why.
Depending upon your goals, we offer 3 types of plans:
1. Standard health and wellness plans to address the root cause of many common ailments
2. Personalized health, wellness and nutrition plans specific to your physical and mental well-being
3. A la carte services to help you implement your plan

90 min (2 sessions) plus one 30 minute follow-up check in
