Initial Assessment– Free!
In this 30-minute phone conversation, we’ll assess whether we might be able to help you achieve your goals. You’ll share your health objectives, what you have tried so far, what has worked, what hasn’t.

Depending upon your goals, we offer 4 types of plans:

  1. Foundational health and wellness plans to address the root cause of many common ailments

  2. Personalized health, wellness and nutrition plans specific to your physical and mental well-being

  3. A la carte services to help you implement your plan

  4. Speaking engagements to inspire awareness and encourage change

  • Integrated Health and Lifestyle Assessment and Personalized Plan (Our Signature Service!)

    90 min (2 sessions) plus one 30 minute follow-up check in

    What you get: A personalized wellness plan, instruction on how to implement it and one follow up meeting to review progress

    Purpose: To identify the underlying causes of imbalance and create a personalized plan that supports healing — not just symptom relief.  Ideal for people with:

    • High Blood Pressure - (Hypertension)

    • High Cholesterol - (Hypercholesterolemia/Hyperlipidemia/Lipid Disorder) )

    • Inflammation (Auto-immune)

    • Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes 

    • Menopause

    • Medication reduction needs

    • Muscle stiffness and soreness

    • Stress

    • Other ailments

    A comprehensive health assessment that goes beyond standard checkups. Together, we’ll explore your medical history, lab results if available, stress patterns, lifestyle habits, and nutrition to uncover what’s standing in the way of optimal health.

  • Don’t need a full plan? Just want to pick a health professional’s brain, ask some questions or be guided through the complexities of today’s healthcare system? Our coaches can help educate, guide and ease your mind. A single session (30 minutes) is $50. A package of 4 sessions is offered at a discounted rate. 

    • $50 (30 minute session)

    • 4 session package (30 minutes each) for $150. (Must be used within a 12 month period.)

  • 4 thirty-minute sessions and 24 hour text/email responses (good for 1 year)

    Your coach/accountability partner will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you, guiding you though your journey, keeping you motivated and offering proven habit-forming tips.  At each check-in, you’ll review progress and refine your plan as needed to keep on track.

  • Many diets aren’t successful because they aren’t customized to your tastes and preferences. Talk with one of our nutritionists to get a plan that will work for you.  Most plans come with recipes.  This service comes with 1 thirty-minute check-in to see how you are doing and answer any questions.

  • Nutrition Plan to Combat Ultra-Processed Foods

    Remove ultra-processed foods from your diet! Research has shown that our bodies aren’t able to absorb and process the many ultra-processed foods manufactured in American today.  Review your regular shopping cart purchases with one of our nutritionists and get a menu of alternative foods that are more natural for human body health.

  • Share your objectives and a little bit about your physical health with us and we will recommend which supplements, if any, to take.   • In one 60-minute session with a stress management consultant, you’ll explore the root cause of one or more of your stressors and discuss options to overcome them. The session includes a character assessment.  You’ll likely find out things about yourself you didn’t realize!

  • If you haven’t had recent lab work done or if your recent lab results are not available, one of our nurses will collect biological samples from you (blood, urine, or swabs, etc.).  We will have it processed and provide you and your nurse consultant with the diagnostic analysis results.

  • 60-minute private or small group yoga sessions

    Yoga is a proven method to relieve stress by focusing the mind to unblock stagnant places in the body through gentle movement. 

  • 60 minute private or small group sessions

    With long hold stretching (2 minutes per stretch), you can make your muscles more supple. Supple, flexible muscles allow your every day movement to be more fluid, making you are less prone to injury. This type of stretching is also good to alleviate stiff muscles, like lower back, shoulder/neck pain. It’s also great to loosen hips and hamstrings.

  • Bring nurse-led wellness education to your workplace or community. We offer customized programs focused on stress management, burnout prevention, and lifestyle medicine for healthier, happier teams.

    Our presentations and workshops combine evidence-based insight with practical strategies that empower audiences to manage stress and cultivate balance in daily life.
