Our yoga sessions — available one-on-one or in small groups — are designed to quiet your mind and restore balance to your nervous system.
We integrate mindful movement, deep breathing, and gentle alignment to help release tension and cultivate inner peace.

Saturdays from June 13 - Sept 25.
Yoga from 8:30 - 9:30 am Vinyasa focused on alignment and proper form for all levels.
Stretch from 10 -11 am. Deep stretching for all levels. Relives tension; loosens muscles.

Tuesday Stretch from 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Deep stretching for all levels to relieve tension and create supple muscles to prevent injury and make you feel great inside your body. Pay at the door ($20).
Wednesday Sunrise Yoga from 6:30 - 7:30 am A great way to wake up and ease into your day feeling powerful and purposeful. Pay at the door ($20).
