Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Thank you for booking a session or class with Mind Body Health & Wellness. These offerings are investments in your healing and personal growth. In order to honor the integrity of this work and respect everyone’s time and energy, the following policies apply:

Refund Policy

All purchases for sessions, classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable. Your commitment is a vital part of the process, and each offering is designed to support you in powerful transformation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is full of the unexpected. To support both flexibility and accountability, we offer a one-time grace policy:

• First Cancellation: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or class one time at no additional cost.

• Subsequent Cancellations: If you cancel again after rescheduling, the session is forfeited and considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not accepted unless due to a true emergency. In all other cases, the session is forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, your session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be issued.
